My view is that the valley of decision is not a place, but rather, a personal decision that those at that time (near the great and terrible day of the Lord) will face due to their circumstances of deciding between following the antichrist or the warnings from God given for that time. It is a last appeal similar to finding that lost sheep or of Ruth gleaning the fields.
