According to 1 Chronicles 21:15, yes, the Bible describes an "angel" sent by God to destroy Jerusalem, which can be interpreted as an angel of death, as the angel was about to destroy the city when God changed his mind and stopped the angel. However, the text doesn't explicitly call it the "angel of death," the context implies a destructive force associated with death.
