Assuming the "snitching" you are talking about is the telling of the truth, it depends on the motive! The Bible says to speak the truth in love, so, if the person "snitching" is telling the truth, and it`s for the right reason, such as, to prove a person's innocence by testifying against another, then, that person has done right in God`s eyes and has nothing to worry about! If that same person tells the same truth just to get someone in trouble because they don`t like that person, then their motive is wrong, as are they!

The Bible was into snitching big time as Michael has indicated. Say, if you witness someone doing wrong, you should bring the matter up before the wise men of the congregation after going to him personally, and going to him with 1 or 2 others (Matthew 18:15-16).
