I believe Christians should work hard. New Living Translation "A hard worker has plenty of food, but a person who chases fantasies has no sense."(Proverbs 12:11) Proverbs 14:23, The Message: 23 "Hard work always pays off; mere talk puts no bread on the table." New Living Translation: "A hard worker has plenty of food, but a person who chases fantasies ends up in poverty." (Proverbs 29:19). But, of course, sometimes, we should not work harder, but smarter, and this guidance comes from the Holy Spirit.
