No, we will not have to go to Jerusalem until the Second coming of Jesus Christ, which will start the 1,000 years of His rule over the earth. The last days would be the last days of the 7 year Tribulation. When Jesus comes (the second coming) Israel will be surrounded by an Army from many parts of the earth trying to destroy it. That is when Jesus will come back to destroy all forces trying to destroy Israel. Jesus will come back as He left from the Mount of Olives and bound Satan and start His 1000 year rein. That is the period when all people will have to go to Jerusalem the holiest of cities. Why? Because Jerusalem is the city of God, the capital city of the nation God created by His spoken word (Gen. 12:1-3; 13:14), and with which He later made an eternally binding and unconditional blood covenant (Gen. 15:8-18.) 2 Chron. 7:16; 33:7). (Ps. 48:1, 2, 8). And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles (Zechariah 14:16).
