What does it mean that God will rejoice over us with singing?
Zephaniah 3:17
ESV - 17 The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

As a member of a worship band, what an uplifting Q&A! It never occurred to me before, of course The Lord loves song! He created us with the desire and ability to sing. It also never occurred to me the joy given to a parent upon hearing their children sing for them. I can see the look of love in God's eyes towards his children during songs of praise to Him. Thank you for this post.
