How do we worship? Discussion of God can be a way of worshipping. Mediating upon the name of God can be worshipping. Finding time out of our busy schedule to say," Oh, God, I remember you" can be worship.
Don't worship for few days, listen to your inner voice. Trust God. May God reveal to you how you should worship.
Prov 3:5: Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
