The passage that I can think of as speaking most directly to your question is James 5:14-16: "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."

Also, the gift of healing others is listed by Paul in 1 Corinthians 12:9 as one of the gifts that the Holy Spirit may give to a Christian.

The availability of any miracle of God is revealed in the response of God to genuine faith that can be demonstrated at any Time in every era as it is presented in Mark 11:20-24. Therefore anyone can lay claim to the healing Of Christ and it will certainly come if genuine faith is demonstrated. Fighting doubt is the difficulty.
