Without question the greatest reason that we live for God is our unwavering belief in the resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. It is through His resurrection from the grave that we have hope and ...

It is our responsibility as "ambassadors for Christ" to share the TRUE good news with the world, as God wants all to hear this truth and believe it to receive His free gift of salvation:

1 Tim 2:3-7
"For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity."

2 Cor 5:16-21
"Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

Tell the world that their sins were forgiven by God when Jesus Christ died on the cross! Tell them that although He was dead and buried, He defeated both sin and death in His resurrection on the third day so that all who will believe this will receive God's free unmerited gift of eternal salvation by simply having this faith alone (1 Cor 15:1-4, Eph 2:8-9, Eph 1:12-13, Eph 4:30)!

The church, the body of Christ, is to study, and "rightly divide" (2 Tim 2:15) the word of truth, which is the one true church's good news to the world, and defined by the apostle Paul as "the gospel of our salvation" (Eph 1:13). It is Paul who received this good news directly from Jesus Christ ascended, which is not found in Christ's earthly ministry to Israel (Romans 16:25). Christ ascended through the Spirit inspired Paul to write thirteen epistles directly to us (Romans through Philemon), which are found in God's written Word for our learning, the Bible (KJV).

Gal 1:6-12
"I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ."

Time is short and the lies are running rampant. God's current age of grace (Eph 3:2) is the time for love unfeigned, directness, and accuracy in sharing His Truth. It is time to work the salvation that dwells within us out of ourselves and into those who are lost and without hope, working for God with fear and trembling for the security of their eternal souls (Phil 2:12).

Col 4:5-6
"Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man."

2 Cor 11:3
"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

A Christian's responsibility is very plain and simple: It's the creed of the lord Messiah Jesus found in Mark 12:28-32: Love God - Yehovah with all your heart, mind, being, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself. That is impossible to do as a natural man/woman, but as a new creation in the lord Messiah Jesus you can because you will be enabled by the power of the spirit of the Messiah Jesus that God - Yehovah has placed in you.

When a person believes in the one that God - Yehovah has sent and repents of his/her sins and is baptized, going into the water they are dying to self and coming out of the water entering newness of life as a new creation, a member of the New Humanity. Now the only thing a Christian has to keep is the Lord's supper, remembering his death until God - Yehovah sends him down to take his place on the Throne of David at Zion. This will be the beginning of the 1,000-year rule of Jesus as King of Israel and King of kings and Lord of lords of all the nations that survive the wrath of God - Yehovah and live over into the 1,000-year rule of the Messiah Jesus. We will co-rule with the Messiah during the 1000-year rule, serving in the Theocratic Government he will establish. Then our responsibility will be to serve those the Messiah places us over in our rulership.

It is noted in scripture that when we are resurrected we will become glorified immortal men/women. Our main responsibility now is to obey all the words that God - Yehovah gave to His son to give to the world and in doing so, we will obey his command, to take the message of the gospel to the nations.

That message will tell people they are to accept the one whom God - Yehovah has sent and obey the words that he has given to those that are his to do! It involves living godly, holy lives, as slaves of righteousness. In doing so Paul says that all who live these lives will suffer persecution. Why? Because the message we bring is based on the word of God that cuts to the heart of those who hear and demands a response they don't want to do or hear! DO YOU?
