Matthew 13:55 says that Jesus had four brothers (who would actually, of course, have been no more than half-brothers): James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas. He also had an indeterminate number of half-sisters (Matthew 13:56).

Although John said that (at least at one time) Jesus' brothers did not believe in Him (John 7:5), and Mark 3:21 records Jesus' family as being of the opinion (again, at least at one time) that Jesus was out of His mind, Acts 1:14 indicates that Jesus' brothers prayed along with Mary and the rest of the apostles in the Upper Room, following Jesus' ascension.

Also, in his epistle to the Galatians, Paul specifically mentions James by name as being the brother of the Lord (Galatians 1:19), and also a pillar of the early Church (Galatians 2:9)

These references would indicate to me that, regardless of how Jesus' brothers and sisters may have viewed Him at one time, all of them (as far as we can tell from Scripture alone) were eventually saved.
