But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
1 John 1:7

The blood of Jesus washes away all our sin, even the sin which tortures us with guilt and all that stuff which mere humans paint as wholly detestable and condemn people with. "Let he/she without sin cast the first stone" are wise words of advice to meditate on, and then we can be empowered and constrained to offer love as Christ loves us.

The beauty of Christ manifests itself perfect in the cleaning of our souls- once we accept Him and believe. There is forgiveness for a contrite heart, so take encouragement.

Remember, God so loved the world he gave his only son. Jesus came to save the sinners. He hates the sin! Not the sinner. When he cured the sick, as when he cured the blind man He said, "Your sins are forgiven" before He gave him back his sight. He also took the murderer with him to heaven from the cross at Calvary.

I would say yes. God will forgive those who have had abortions. If they come to Him in faith asking for forgiveness.

We must also remember he said, "Go and sin no more."

Yes, God does forgive us for aborting. Abortion is murder in God's eyes and we as His children need to say it that way also! As much as it grieves God to witness this sinful act, He is willing to forgive us. Recall, 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful land just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness". This is amazing! The fact that God would continue to was our sins away and to radiate his grace upon us over and over. Caveat: God is not mocked! We must approach him with genuine sorrow. When our neighbor does something against us we want them to approach us sincerely with an apology but this must be coupled with a passionate intent to not repeat the same sinful action. God is the same with us - - His promise is to forgive those that truly are sorry and set to change.
