It is popular for sermons on healing to be titled 'Is it God's will for you to be healed'?
Actually this is the wrong question.
The correct question is 'Has He'?

1 Pet 2/21 - by His wounds we WERE healed (past tense)
Dear brother or sister, receive by faith the healing He has already bought for you.
We accept Jesus as Saviour because of the cross, and receive present forgiveness
We accept Jesus as Healer because of the cross and receive present healing.
