This is a creative question, Candice! Of course, men would prefer a charming and beautiful woman, but beauty can be only skin deep at times!

I don't see a specific woman who is called this in the Bible. But I can tell you what "charm" that is "deceitful" and "beauty" that is "vain" mean.

Proverbs 31:30 shows that “charm” and “beauty” do not endure as do those qualities that the fear of the Lord produces. Charm is deceitful: One may be disappointed in the character of the one with beauty. Beauty is vain (fleeting as a vapor): Physical appearance will not last. The writer is not saying these are worthless; he is saying there is something infinitely more valuable. --bible.org
