In my humble opinion that would depend on the Christian and their relationship to the God of the Bible, as people in general come with two basic operating systems or views. (Genesis 4:7)

Either the Bible is true and it governs one life and actions or it's not and your free to do as you please on this stage for a season. (Judges 21:25)

Simply stated my answer is NO to this question, but more importantly no to the deceptions from the minions of this world system and it's master in general.
Islam is a governmental system of servitude containing it's own abhorrent legal system to enforce capitulation and submission, which is antagonistic to God's system.
(Genesis 16:12; Psalms 84:10)

Christians consider these three Surah from the Quran the first denies Jesus, the second questions the Gospel, and the third speaks for itself.

Sura 4:157; but they did not kill him, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them

Sura 5:47; Let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. If any fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah has revealed, they are (no better than) than those who rebel.

Sura 9:29; Fight those who do not believe in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book.

Consider; In the Arabic language there is no word for compromise and the word MURUNA translates as "flexibility" sanctioning deception and lying to an infidal.

Sura 4:82; Do they not consider the Qur`an (with care)? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy.

Sura 18:86; Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it SET IN A SPRING OF MURKY WATER

Sura 88:20; And at the Earth, how it is spread out FLAT?

I submit considering the current state of affairs on our little sphere, including 150 billion dollars and green lighting of atomic weapon production to a totalitarian Islamic nation.
Those fruit of thirty six years includes the killing of Americans and innocent around the world could possibly suggest that maybe; some Christians have already done so?
