Carbon dating is a variety of radioactive dating which is applicable only to matter which was once living and presumed to be in equilibrium with the atmosphere, taking in carbon dioxide from the air for photosynthesis.

I agree with the long term as well.

Everything becomes vague when we search for timeline of anything.

Time and space as they get changed with speed in ancient time due to its creation.

Everything happened within 24 hrs limit as by the command of God in 7 days.

The life span of tree is different; if i take a plant to grow into tree, let assume 10 year to become mature tree.

But today's scientific knowledge is not compatible with testing/observing the creation of God which He applied in one moment.

When he created everything, He said by his word be it. So it is.

Thanks to Albert Einstein and other scientists, we have more understanding of how space and time, gravity, and other natural laws operate.

Yet those are physical laws that were fixed by God after each creation for keeping Creation running in order and for the benefit of the human race.

Many theories try to hypothesize about the time of creation or age of objects, but they make their theories and determinations in secular way. Everything is valid within a certain limit, but beyond that the models and equations fail.

Everything is made to perish without hope in Christ. A supercomputer might take more than 20 year to map and formulate the drastic climatic change in one part of Australia, but God takes no time and no material to speak something into existence.

If we study anything from school level to higher level we get many thing that change the perceptive of earlier one. When I was child, I thought like a child; but when I became mature my thoughts matured.

When we can see thing with different aspect, we gain different understanding.

Faith and belief in Christ is the price for eternal life to meet almighty Jesus.
