What did Jesus mean by telling his disciples that "Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours?'

Does this mean that if we believe hard enough that what we ask for has already been granted, we will get anything we ask for in prayer?

Mark 11:24

NKJV - ²⁴ Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
