The job description of a Christian warrior is to mirror God's kingdom, yes all of it to a dark and dying world while here on this sphere. (1 Corinthians 4:2)

Consider the votes of the people in various states and then the votes of over 320 million citizens were overturned by five lawyers in black robes.
To codify and permit an abomination to be forced on the greater majority just for the one to four percent within that society. (Habakkuk 1:4; Luke 11:17)

Much like Roe vs. Wade, the last great court forced diktat (state ordered) which was then heralded as a new freedom and has lead to the murder of sixty two million unborn. (Deuteronomy 18:10; John 12:43)

Also the high court's handy work in the landmark 1857 Dred Scott decision laid the foundation for the American Civil War and its over 750,000 dead.

Bottom line all of this: life's decisions will bring fore a harvest in due time. The real question is, "What kind of harvest are we planting the seeds for now that will impact everyone very soon?" (1 Corinthians 6:9;1 Corinthians 15:33)

With each passing day the Christian in me grows and the American in me withers, but for now enjoy your fourth of July as it maybe the last (yes, soon the holiday will move to the court's new freedom decision day). Come quickly Lord Jesus.

According to my understanding of Romans 1 and speciffically v. 32, to approve of or to condone homosexuality carries the same condemnation as comitting the act.

"Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them." (Romans 1:32 KJV)

"Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them." (NIV)

" Although they know full well God's just sentence — that those who practice such things deserve to die [fn] — they not only do them, but even applaud [fn] others who practice them." (HCSB)

"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20)

A person that would condone or is indifferent to what God calls an abomination has "no light" in them.

The Bible says that God created man and woman to be together and that any man or woman who lies in the bed of one of the same gender, will be struck down from heaven. But because Jesus came and died for us, God forgives this disobedience. God says it is wrong, so it is wrong. 

And when someone is gay, it should affect your life because it is our duties as Christians to help others learn about God's teachings. One of God's teachings is that being gay is wrong.

I would say, don't support the sin, support the person. Show them that you do not approve and that God doesn't. But even so, God and you still love the person/people. All you can do is express your belief and help others try to understand.
