The path of the just is like the shinning sun, that shines brighter unto the perfect day " The perfect day is a person - our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the day star. 2 pet 1:19. As we stay in his presence, during our personal times with him, reading the word and in prayers, he lightens our path, that is our knowledge of God gets deeper and deeper, until we are changed and become like him. Yes! Our path becomes brighter and brighter into the knowledge of him. For as we behold him, we shall be changed. 2 Cor 3: 18.

Brethren we need to know our Lord better in a more intimate way. May The Lord help us not to play Church, not to have a form of godliness and deny the power thereof. May we continue to daily have deep communion with him so that the word is made flesh in us, and we begin to bear the image of the heavenly. 1 Cor 15:49.

My thoughts are that the "perfect day" is that day we are in heaven with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. What could be more perfect? The best and most perfect day we have on earth will be as nothing compared to just one day in Heaven with our Lord.
