What is the difference between a 'Jew' and a 'Christian'?
'Jew' here meaning a religious Jew, not just ethnicity.
Galatians 4:1 - 31
NKJV - 1 Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all. 2 But is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by the father.

These are the differences as I was taught them by my Jewish friend: an Orthodox Jew is in full compliance with the circumcision, they can trace their ancestors through the Holocaust, (ancestor lines are extremely important across the Jewish community) they maintain and practice the Torah to the fullest extent they can. A Kosher home, Sabbath meetings, tiztizs, talits..just a few identifiers of an Orthodox Jew. Typically refuse outsiders. A Traditional Jew will keep Sabbath but doesn't have a Kosher Kitchen. They still have the Torah laws they follow including circumcision. They tend to be more open to a convert. The Modern Jew is the most liberal of all. They follow some of the Torah, they are actively seeking converts. However, traditional laws like circumcision are held at own discretion. All of the groups believe that Jesus was a great prophet. However, they are offended that Christian's claim Jesus is God and He arose from the dead. They turn from the true Messiah, and await a false one. As a Christian it is our duty to pray for them. That their eyes may be opened, to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Be Blessed Lena
