What should a married couple do if they do not feel they are 'in love'?

There are people who get married but were not 'in love' with their mates. They got married for one reason or another, but not because they were in love. Is this OK?

Does that couple have to stay married when there is no relationship between them at all; if they do not feel like they are in love anymore?

If a couple is living together as roommates only, do they have to live unhappily with each other until the day they die?
