How can we help others in bondage to witchcraft or under demonic influence?

A friend of mine, a devoted Christian, is from Figi. Her husband and his brothers are into witch craft. Her husband displays paranoid and jelous behavior, and forces her to watch pornography, where the children can hear it as well. He is obsessed with spells from his brothers and they are putting spells in the house on her.  But she claims the blood of Jesus Christ, boldly, and knows God is more powerful than any demon.  

This is the reason for my question. I want to know what the Bible says about resisting Satan or casting out demons.
