It is speaking of the future event of the regathering of Israel from around the world, as God had scattered them. These are exciting times for us, as prior to 1948, there could be no gathering, because there was no Land of Israel to gather them to. The great increase in Mesianic Jewish population, and the huge numbers of Jews partaking in aliyah (return to Israel) points to the end of this age and the return of Jesus. Pray for Israel.
