Is imagination and escapism in a 'playground' sense a sin?

Is it sinful to Immerse yourself in a fantasy/sci fi world? Not in the sense that you hate reality and you want to escape it, but in a 'playground' sense where you play around in a virtual or imaginary world? Such as: Daydreaming, Video Games, Role Playing, watching TV, writing, etc. Can we imagine a fictional world without all the cons? In light of scripture saying not to touch unclean things?

May not be sin, better to avoid. Proverbs, warns us against chasing fantasies, instead it will help if we can think about God’s word and how we may put them into practice in our lives. Fantasies will never become reality, so why waste time?

Yes I totally agree with this. Like I said I meant it in a way you would technically go to the park. You just go there to have fun and relax. Then you step back and do your work. That's what I meant asking this question. And I think "chasing fantasies" mostly means following people who aren't right from research I've done, Yes I agree with that, But I Have a hobby of reading a book, comic, or watching a film exploring the world it contains. Same with Mythology and Extra Biblical Info on Biblical subjects like The Pre Flood World. Yes, we must distinguish fantasy from reality and not to spend too much time on our favorite fantasy land, but it's also good to sometimes read or tell a story, especially as moral communication. The Bible itself web contains stories like parables and even contains Jothams Fable. There are also some other Biblical Parables with unrealistic or likely unrealistic themes, not to say the Bible is fiction, but you probably get what saying. I'm not wishing to argue, just telling you what I believe in regards to reading fiction as a whole. May Jesus bless you.
