The Bible answer to this question is a resounding YES!

There would have been no death had Adam not sinned! The creation story in Genesis points to this fact this. God planted a tree of life in the garden and did not forbid Adam from eating of it. 

"And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil" (Genesis 2:9 KJV).

"And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die (Genesis 2:16 -17 KJV).

And the Bible tells us of the reason why God planted the tree of life:

"And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life (Genesis 3:22 - 3:24 KJV).

The tree was planted for Adam to eat and live for ever!.

But we need to appreciate that in spite of the original sin, that resulted in sin and death to us, man can and will still live for ever. It is God that will make this possible according to the following:

"And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel" (Genesis 3:15 KJV).

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life". (John 3:16 KJV).

Through the redemption work of Jesus Christ, the curse in Genesis 3:17-19, viz: "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return" (Genesis 3:19 KJV), will be replaced by the blessing in Revelation 21:3-4:

"And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away" (Revelation 21:3 - 21:4 KJV).

So humans who have faith in God and Jesus and worship God with spirit and truth will still be enabled to live on earth for ever. That will be through the instrumentality or agency of the Kingdom of God ruling from heaven under the headship of Jesus Christ.
