Is it wrong in the eyes of our Lord to sue a sibling?

What if injustice was done to elderly parent's assets and estate?

Matthew 5:40

NKJV - 40 If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also.

It is wrong to sue not only a sibling but any body at all. This is because God alone is the righteous judge. Let us look at some biblical references to this effect.

1COR 6:1-7 If any of you has a dispute against another, do you dare to take it the unbeliever instead of God's people? Or do you not know that God's people will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that you will judge Angels? How much more the things of this life! Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, do you take it to those whose way of life is scorned by the church? I say this to shame you. Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge dispute between believers?

God is the righteous judge who will judge the world.1COR 5:13

Therefore if the case between you and sibling cannot be judged in the church pray that God gives you strength to take to his court.
