In this life and world, I would say that it would not be "wrong" (in the sense of sinful) to have anxious thoughts about various matters. Christians are expected to take a reasonable degree of care and stewardship with regard to the lives, abilities, and resources that God has entrusted to them, and to use them for His glory, and for the benefit of others.

However, as we progress in our walk with Christ, and after we have put forth our best effort, we should be striving (as God would lovingly have us do for our own benefit) to be continually more like Christ in leaving outcomes to God (especially with regard to matters over which we have no control); seeking to learn how those outcomes -- whatever they may be -- can be made instructive or usable (eternally if not temporally); and then acting based on that awareness.

Even Jesus prayed (to the point of sweating blood) that His forthcoming cup of suffering might be taken from Him, but ultimately submitted to the will of His Father.
