Be Ready for Every Good Work

⁴ But when _d the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, ⁵ he saved us, _e not because of works done by us in righteousness, but _f according to his own mercy, by _g the washing of regeneration and _h renewal of the Holy Spirit,
