Revelation 13:15-16

The Second Beast

¹⁵ And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not _o worship the image of the beast _p to be slain. ¹⁶ Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, _{1 q} to be marked on the right hand or the forehead,

Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands.
