Psalm 94:1-7

The Lord Will Not Forsake His People

¹ O Lord, God of _p vengeance,
O God of vengeance, _q shine forth!
² _r Rise up, O _s judge of the earth;
repay to the _t proud what they deserve!
³ O Lord, _u how long shall the wicked,
how long shall _v the wicked exult?
⁴ They pour out their _w arrogant words;
all _x the evildoers boast.
⁵ They _y crush your people, O Lord,
and afflict your heritage.
⁶ They kill _z the widow and the sojourner,
and murder _z the fatherless;
⁷ _a and they say, "The Lord does not see;
the God of Jacob does not perceive."
