Luke 11:49-51

Woes to the Pharisees and Lawyers

49 Therefore also c the Wisdom of God said, d 'I will send them e prophets and apostles, f some of whom they will g kill and persecute,' 50 so that h the blood of all the prophets, shed i from the foundation of the world, may be j charged against this generation, 51 from the blood of k Abel to the blood of l Zechariah, who perished between m the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, I tell you, it will be j required of this generation.
