Mary's Song of Praise: The Magnificat

⁵⁰ And _i his mercy is for those who fear him
from generation to generation.
⁵¹ _j He has shown strength with his arm;
_k he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts;
⁵² _j he has brought down the mighty from their thrones
_l and exalted those of humble estate;
⁵³ he has filled _m the hungry with good things,
and the rich _n he has sent away empty.
⁵⁴ He has _o helped _p his servant Israel,
_q in remembrance of his mercy,
⁵⁵ _r as he spoke to our fathers,
_q to Abraham and to his offspring forever."
