John 17:14-18

The High Priestly Prayer

¹⁴ _c I have given them your word, and _d the world has hated them _e because they are not of the world, _f just as I am not of the world. ¹⁵ I _g do not ask that you _h take them out of the world, but that you _i keep them from _j the evil one. ₁ ¹⁶ _k They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. ¹⁷ _l Sanctify them ₂ in the truth; _m your word is truth. ¹⁸ _n As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.
