Ask a QuestionIt is God who avenges me, And subdues the peoples under me;
Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!
Remember His marvelous works which He has done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth,
The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac,
He permitted no man to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,
Give to the LORD, O families of the peoples, Give to the LORD glory and strength.
Raise a song and strike the timbrel, The pleasant harp with the lute.
To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples;
They shall not drink wine with a song; Strong drink is bitter to those who drink it.
Therefore Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it to the children of Israel.
"And when the LORD saw it, He spurned them, Because of the provocation of His sons and His daughters.
Oh, that they were wise, that they understood this, That they would consider their latter end!
Then Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam sang on that day, saying:
Then the horses' hooves pounded, The galloping, galloping of his steeds.
He asked for water, she gave milk; She brought out cream in a lordly bowl.
"Then the earth shook and trembled; The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken, Because He was angry.
He sent out arrows and scattered them; Lightning bolts, and He vanquished them.

You will save the humble people; But Your eyes are on the haughty, that You may bring them down.
He makes my feet like the feet of deer, And sets me on my high places.
