Create GroupI know that we are to lay all of our worries at God's feet and to not carry them after that.... How is it possible to not think upon those issues?
Jesus said , follow me and my ways to live. I will take away your troubles .listening to Jesus will be good for your soul. you will be able to handle problems , without being upset about things. Jesus takes care of all who trust and believe in him. Father God is True Abba God . in the beginning and end.

David often thought about and expressed his worries and concerns in the the Psalms. He also acknowledged God in these and reminded himself of the greatness and faithfulness of his God in the midst of his concerns. He did not walk alone, and nor do we. When our worries seem to come, " of what may or may not be" see our God , look at who he is, declare his faithfulness over your life, draw strength from his goodness and love.
We will still have troubles but the burden and heavy weight of our troubles gets in the way of seeing the solution - trust in him - give the stress and cares of these troubles to him - they weigh us down......it all comes down to trusting he will work things out for his glory.
Worry? I would define the concept as a process by which I become less patient and place my desire to move in front of waiting for God to do His thing.... I think the driver; are unrealistic expectations created by worldly desires.
It is difficult to give our tough situations to God at first.. Because we all like to think we don't need help. Try it a few times, but be fair to God by truly letting go of the issue so that He can work on it.
Letting go and having faith in Him are crucial here! If you can't do these, then just be patient with yourself and pray for Him to help you learn how to trust Him.
Start somewhere
I would rather carry the burden of Jesus because with Christ he is there to help you with your burden, but the burden of the world you are on your own.
I thank you Jesus for the many burdens you help me with were not for you the weight of my burdens would have crush me. Thank You Lord
We can all rest in the assurance of God's Love for each one of us; He does not want us to worry. Just rest in HIs Promise to us.
If I am weary and worn out, I am not in the yoke with Jesus but trying to carry the load myself. I pray and ask Him to show me what burdens I am carrying that are not mine to carry.
I once told a friend that I would go crazy without Gods grace. I've come to know that where ever I am, God is there with me and knows and cares for me. His love is amazing.
The rhythm of work and rest is what I think about. Jesus asks' if we are tired of being "human doings" rather then "human beings". There should always be a rejuvenation when we practice "resting" with Jesus. Rest is a purposeful action that requires our whole attention to Him, putting aside what we have to "do" or what our minds are consumed with, like the cares and worries of life.
Acknowledge and invite Jesus into your "rest" (gardening, drinking a cup of tea or coffee on the back porch, a walk, relaxing by the fire, fishing, etc.) He will be faithful when we trust He is present and are following Him through life. Our work will then hopefully start to line-up with His work.
Jesus I love you shepherd of my Soul, your presence makes me whole. Your presence is comforting and is healing, your embrace calms my heart and your presence is power, is peace of mind. hallelujah lets praise his name
I have only recently began to devote my life to Jesus Christ and God. I have a long way to go, but with the being said, I can feel that a lot of stresses and worries have disappeared from my life. I know life is a constant battle and that I need to keep praying and Believing in God and Jesus. This verse holds true to me and I believe it.
I have to admit that I'm the kind of person that worries as soon as something isn't going as planned. Recently I decided not to worry, not to even think about the "what if" I just prayed "Jesus, I trust you and I know you are with me" and before the day was over...God provided. Just go to the throne and trust that God is already working...
Try imagining not having anyone to talk to, all previous acquaintances disappear when they feel you're not up to par, you fail at almost anything you try. Those days you'll want to jump off a cliff, or when you go to bed wishing you quietly die in your sleep. It makes a world of difference when you realize that God has you in the palm of his hands and that even though you suffer, just A TOUCH of his goodness is enough to erase every pain you ever felt. It's always better at his own time. I am a living testimony....just let God and let go.
We as Christians need to remember that our past is no longer, He died on the cross for our sins. So we need to stop picking up the junk from our past, leave it and go forward.
