Praise the LORD!
Praise the name of the LORD;
a Praise Him, O you servants of the LORD!
b You who stand in the house of the LORD,
In c the courts of the house of our God,
Praise the LORD, for d the LORD is good;
Sing praises to His name, e for it is pleasant.
For f the LORD has chosen Jacob for Himself,
Israel for His special treasure.
For I know that g the LORD is great,
And our Lord is above all gods.
h Whatever the LORD pleases He does,
In heaven and in earth,
In the seas and in all deep places.
i He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth;
j He makes lightning for the rain;
He brings the wind out of His k treasuries.
l He destroyed the firstborn of Egypt,
Both of man and beast.
m He sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt,
n Upon Pharaoh and all his servants.
o He defeated many nations
And slew mighty kings -
Sihon king of the Amorites,
Og king of Bashan,
And p all the kingdoms of Canaan -
q And gave their land as a heritage,
A heritage to Israel His people.
r Your name, O LORD, endures forever,
Your fame, O LORD, throughout all generations.
s For the LORD will judge His people,
And He will have compassion on His servants.
t The idols of the nations are silver and gold,
The work of men's hands.
They have mouths, but they do not speak;
Eyes they have, but they do not see;
They have ears, but they do not hear;
Nor is there any breath in their mouths.
Those who make them are like them;
So is everyone who trusts in them.
u Bless the LORD, O house of Israel!
Bless the LORD, O house of Aaron!
Bless the LORD, O house of Levi!
You who fear the LORD, bless the LORD!
Blessed be the LORD v out of Zion,
Who dwells in Jerusalem!
Praise the LORD!

1 Timothy 2:8
I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, Praise the name of the LORD!
And this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
In the courts of the LORD's house, In the midst of you, O Jerusalem. Praise the LORD!
You are good, and do good; Teach me Your statutes.
Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful.
Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.
"They shall be Mine," says the LORD of hosts, "On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him."
Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
For the LORD is the great God, And the great King above all gods.
For You, LORD, are most high above all the earth; You are exalted far above all gods.
But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases.
When He utters His voice, There is a multitude of waters in the heavens: "And He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, He brings the wind out of His treasuries.
To establish a weight for the wind, And apportion the waters by measure.
When He made a law for the rain, And a path for the thunderbolt.
Job 38:24 - 28
By what way is light diffused, Or the east wind scattered over the earth?
When He utters His voice - There is a multitude of waters in the heavens: "He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain; He brings the wind out of His treasuries.
For I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.
And destroyed all the firstborn in Egypt, The first of their strength in the tents of Ham.
So Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and they did so, just as the LORD commanded. And Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
And the LORD showed signs and wonders before our eyes, great and severe, against Egypt, Pharaoh, and all his household.
When He worked His signs in Egypt, And His wonders in the field of Zoan.
But overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, For His mercy endures forever.
Then Israel defeated him with the edge of the sword, and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Jabbok, as far as the people of Ammon; for the border of the people of Ammon was fortified.
To Him who struck down great kings, For His mercy endures forever.
Joshua 12:7 - 24
And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel conquered on this side of the Jordan, on the west, from Baal Gad in the Valley of Lebanon as far as Mount Halak and the ascent to Seir, which Joshua gave to the tribes of Israel as a possession according to their divisions.
He also drove out the nations before them, Allotted them an inheritance by survey, And made the tribes of Israel dwell in their tents.
And gave their land as a heritage, For His mercy endures forever.
A heritage to Israel His servant, For His mercy endures forever.
Moreover God said to Moses, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: 'The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.
But You, O LORD, shall endure forever, And the remembrance of Your name to all generations.
For the LORD will judge His people And have compassion on His servants, When He sees that their power is gone, And there is no one remaining, bond or free.
Psalms 115:4 - 8
Their idols are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.
O Israel, trust in the LORD; He is their help and their shield.
