And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
"Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When either a man or a woman makes a special vow, the vow of e a Nazirite, f to separate himself to the Lord,
he g shall separate himself from wine and strong drink. He shall drink no vinegar made from wine or strong drink and shall not drink any juice of grapes or eat grapes, fresh or dried.

For behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. No razor shall come upon his head, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb, and he shall begin to save Israel from the hand of the Philistines.
Do therefore what we tell you. We have four men who are under a vow.
Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God.
"But you made the Nazirites drink wine, and commanded the prophets, saying, 'You shall not prophesy.'
For he will be great before the Lord. And he must not drink wine or strong drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb.
