i Deacons likewise must be dignified, not double-tongued, j not addicted to much wine, k not greedy for dishonest gain.
They must l hold the mystery of the faith with m a clear conscience.
And n let them also be tested first; then let them serve as deacons if they prove themselves blameless.

1 Timothy 5:23
(No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.)
Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good.
For an overseer, as God's steward, must be above reproach. He must not be arrogant or quick-tempered or a drunkard or violent or greedy for gain.

Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly.
