The Bible condemns both as sin. It says, "Flee fornication." And it says, "You shall not commit adultery." Jesus said adultery could be committed with just a lustful stare (Matthew 5:27-28). This is man's big problem but can be overcome once you get saved and have the Holy Spirit as a powerful Resource residing within! I have found this to be true. Try it.
