Is it sinful to prefer Bible apps on smart phones rather than the physical hard copy Bible?

Was it important to have hands laid on to receive the Holy Spirit? Why or why not?

Can a person receive the Holy Spirit without having hands laid on them?

Acts 8:4 - 8
