Retired Marketing and Sales Director for engineering service

   Grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, living in a minority community and I was the minority. Under educated over achiever, saved at 12 years of age, then wondered in the wilderness for 40 years or so.  
   Met my wife while a young paratrooper at Ft. Bragg, NC, the most beautiful, angelic Christian woman I had ever met. Went to the far east for a 15 month tour, then waited another year for my wife to graduate from Campbell College.
   Achieved the position as director of marketing, traveling the entire US, Mexico and occasionally Canada. I did what ever was necessary to retain and attract new business for 30 years.  Escaped the gates of hell by retiring to Oxford, NC and joining the Church where my wife and I were married ("Providence, NC").  Only spiritual aspect of retirement plan was to attend Church regularly.  GOD ALLOWED OUR RELATIONSHIP TO BE RESTORED SHORTLY THEREAFTER and my life changed completely. The Holy Spirit has led me to become a deacon, teach bible study in my Church and at a near by Butner, NC Federal Detention Center.  Joined the Gideons International Ministry and became president of our local camp.  I found God's Joy by heeding His word and serving others, where before it was all about me.  Praise God!
