No, Gary, not that I know of. I think the Scriptures are silent on this point. One Scripture in the Gospels that impressed me was "And he healed them all." The disciple, Matthew, wrote in Matthew 15:30, "A vast crowd brought to him people who were lame, blind, crippled, those who couldn’t speak, and many others. They laid them before Jesus, and he healed them all." So we can see that at least at this occasion, Jesus healed one and all (and I think some of them must have been infants.).

Although an infant was not involved, in Matthew 15:22-28 (just prior to the passage cited in Jack Gutknecht's response), when a Syrophoenician woman (a Gentile) wanted to bring her demon-possessed daughter to Jesus for healing, the apostles tried to prevent her from doing so. Even Jesus commented that He had been sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And when the woman came and fell down before Him in entreaty, Jesus even said that it was not right to take the children's bread and give it to the dogs. Despite this stunning seeming rebuke, the woman responded by saying to Jesus that even a household's puppies would eat the crumbs that fell from their master's table. Jesus then commended her for her faith, and healed her daughter.

That indicates to me that we should never lose faith, or cease petitioning God, even if it seems that He is not hearing us or responding. He will respond in a manner that works for our good (eternally, if not also temporally).
