Of course it is. Being a Christian does not prohibit you from eating anything unless it is something that will kill you, such as a item that is poisonous. I am more curious as to why someone would ask this. Have you been told this? Now of course if you're eating ten pounds a day, in other words an amount that is just not plain healthy, then there's another issue at hand. Did you know if you drink too much water too fast you can actually die instantly? Anything that is good or essential can become toxic to your body and kill you if you are a glutton. So have your piece or two of candy and smile and thank The Lord that we have the intelligence to make the candy. Enjoy your freedom in Christ with the Holy Spirit guiding you.
