My opinion is that Adam and Eve were saved and redeemed for their sins according to these verses below: Hebrews 13:11 Under the old system, the high priest brought the blood of animals into the Holy Place as a sacrifice for sin, and the bodies of the animals were burned outside the camp. So also Jesus suffered and died outside the city gates to make His people holy by means of His own blood. Hebrews 13:11-12 (NLT) For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed His life, shedding His blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when He held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, In both cases we can see clearly that blood shed is needed. Genesis 3:21 (NLT) says that, the Lord God made clothing from animal skins for Adam and his wife. and here God himself give the first example of the blood shed to cover the sin. It's clear that we can't get animal skins without killing them. GBU all Allan

I believe Adam and Even are very much alive in Heaven. Yes, they disobeyed God and failed. They failed temptation, and so they learned the hard way. This was the first mistake they ever made, and REALIZED they did wrong; otherwise, they would not be hiding when they heard God’s Voice. God knew Adam and Eve were hiding. They were full of fear because they realized they were wrong. Moreover, God is a Loving God and full of Love. God continue to protect and watch over them. No matter how many times we sin or how bad we sin, God is still patiently waiting for us to come to Him, and realize to own up to our sin. Think about the criminal whom was on the Right side of Jesus. The last minute before his death, didn’t he say to Jesus: "Jesus, remember me when You come in Your kingdom!" And Jesus said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise."

I would like to address the question as to whether Adam and Eve were saved, or perhaps whether Adam and Eve has a hope of salvation. Salvation, ultimately, means inheriting everlasting life, or leaving forever, (John 3:16). The Bible holds out two alternatives for those to be saved: (1) to go to heaven and be with God and Jesus (John 14:1-4; Luke 12:32; 1Corinthians 6:1-4), and (2) to live on the earth for ever (Psalms 37:10,11, 29,34; Proverbs 2:21,22; Matthew 5:5 etc.) It is instructive to note that Adam and Eve had the prospects of living forever on the earth if they obeyed God' s instructions on the eating of the fruits of the three types of trees in the garden of Eden. Even if they had strictly abided with God's instruction, God never had the mind or purpose or intention of taking them to heaven. (Psalms 115:16; 104:5; Eccl 1:4; Isaiah 45:18). Their assignment was strictly limited to the earth. They were to take care of the earth and have dominion over all other creatures on the earth and of course bring glory and honor to God. (Genesis1:31; Revelation 4:11). Unfortunately, they disobeyed God. God then evoked judgment in Genesis 3:17-19. God said "....Genesis 3:19 By the sweat of your brow you will eat food until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you will return." Clearly, then, God had passed judgment of death on them, and he clearly stipulated their destination...dust, I.e, back to the ground from which they were taken. Back to a state of non-existence. Let us think: Would God reward Adam and Eve with heavenly life after they had made a mess of earthly life? Would that not be a sort of "promotion" for failure? Furthermore, bible understanding shows that the thought of living in heaven only came up through Jesus and such a hope is only open to Christians. Furthermore, Adam and Eve sinned as perfect humans; they had the capacity to have opposed the Serpent. They deliberately chose to disobey God, and God himself passed judgment on them. Psalms 115:17 settles the matter, "The dead do not praise the LORD, nor do any of those who descend into the silence of death." In summary, the conclusion that one would arrive at is that both Adam and Eve are dead; they have turned to dust, they are not in heaven. Furthermore, since they sinned as Perfect humans who had the capacity to have chosen to obey God rather than the Devil, that is, they were willful sinners, they are gone forever and are not in God's memory for a resurrection.

According to my understanding, Adam and Eve were not saved because the bible is not specific about that. At the time of their existence on planet earth, Jesus was not there as a saviour to save them. The bible tells us that Adam and Eve had two sons, which were Cain and Abel. Cain then murdered Abel and God replaced Abel with Seth (Genesis 4:25), and Adam and his wife had another sons and daughters (Genesis 5:3-4). It does not specify how many their sons and daughters were. Adam and Eve were formed after God had created heavens and earth, after He had rested from all His work He saw the need to send a man who can cultivate the beautiful land He created.

Were Adam and Eve saved? Quite possibly; for example, according to Catholic tradition, Adam and Eve are saints in the Catholic Church, and they are traditionally honored on December 24th, Christmas Eve. They are supposedly the exemplars of humble penance for their original crime against God. The bible does not say how many children Adam had in total. Jubilees, a non-canonical work, states that Adam had nine more sons after Seth (verse 4.1). Pseudo-Philo, another non-canonical work, says that Adam had 12 sons and 8 daughters (verse 1.2). However, non-canonical sources cannot be taken as authoritative. When were Adam and Eve created? This depends on which version of the bible you read. For the Septuagint, the older version, it is about 5,000 BC. For the Masoretic text, it is about 4,000 BC; this is the most prevalent date used in Christianity. The Jewish calendar gives us a date since creation of 5776 years, so Adam would be then created at about 3760 BC. Also, the Byzantine calendar gives a date of 7525, a few years different from the Jewish date. Did Adam and Eve have navels? We do not know authoritatively, but it is certain that they did have the genetic material to generate bellybuttons in their offspring. When Adam created Seth "in his own likeness, and after his image" (Gen 5:3) it might be argued that Seth was not perfectly in the image of Adam if he had a bellybutton while Adam did not. Also, since Christ, the second Adam, had a bellybutton, he was not perfectly in the likeness of the first Adam, assuming Adam did not have a bellybutton.
