I met a lady in a Christian chat room who claimed that she never sins because she was saved but I never found out which church she attended.

I don't know why that woman said that but maybe she was talking about the different position a person who is born again is in. The Bible says that before we are saved we are enemies to God, sinners, wicked and after we are saved we are His children, saints, righteous. This is not anything that we do, but only by faith in Jesus Christ, God transforms us. The only person who was sinless is Jesus Christ. The process of growing less and less sinful is known as sanctification. The Holy Spirit lives inside the heart of the Christ follower and brings about change to sin less and less, but there is still sin. Romans 6 is one of the best explanations about how we don't continue sinning. 1 John 1:8-10 says that we still sin and doesn't agree with the woman saying that there is no more sin in a believer. We have to test whatever we hear with Scripture. When a Christian sins they are "convicted" by the Holy Spirit that they have sinned and they want to be rid of the sin since it makes them feel bad. We are to confess our sins: People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy. Proverbs 28:13 Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. James 5:16 The sins that a Christian commits are accidental versus deliberate. Keep your servant from deliberate sins! Don’t let them control me. Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin. Psalm 19:13 Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins. Hebrews 10:26 I recommend doing some research on justification and sanctification perhaps at www.gotquestions.org.
