The Old Testament and the New Testament both condemn homosexuality. If a so called minister (I assume you mean a Christian minister) is a homosexual or condones homosexuality then the person is not fit for the pulpit nor is he a truly saved Christian.

Homosexuality and Christianity contradict each other, in doctrine and practice.

No. A Minister/Pastor/Preacher cannot be a Christian nor can he preach the Gospel of Jesus unless he is biblically saved. This is why we have so many churches bowing to the homosexual giant. They are being led by pretending Christians, who do not have the heart of God in them.
