How do we handle conflict with non Christians, especially zealous anti-Christians that hold positions of power over our lives (like bosses)?

There are two ways to show a non-Christian about Christianity. First is the way you live your Christian life. They will look and analyze every aspect of your life. This is where the example of Christian living plays a big role. Second, you have to use your sword, the Word of God, the Bible to penetrate the darkness of the person to give them the Light of the Lord. You will have to pray a lot for that person and let the Holy Spirit lead you at every opportunity to give them that Word. Remember that we can give the Word, but the Holy
Spirit is the one that will penetrate that darkness and we cannot save people, but the Lord is the Salvation and the Reserrection and the Truth, Life and Way to eternal life. God will save through us. We are the instrument and His representatives on earth.

Conflicts may arise when a Christian share the Bible with an anti-Christian. Not everyone is interested to hear about Jesus and the Good News.

The best approach is one of kindness. Anyone, even the grumpiest of persons, is drawn to a man who radiates peace, joy, but most especially, kindness.

Preach the gospel always, use words if neccessary.
