If they weren't a Christian, then yes. If they were a Christian, then no. More specifically, if you're asking if a Christian who overdoses on drugs and dies will be stripped of their Salvation by Christ - then no, they won't be. No sin is too powerful for Christ to overcome and forgive. If God were to revoke a person's Salvation due to their actions, then Salvation would no longer be a free gift, given to us by grace, and not by works.
