Many suggest the "good work" mentioned in Philippians 1:6 is Holy Spirit conforming each Jesus Follower to the likeness of our King. Paul outlines this glorious process in Romans 8:29-30.

It is the process often called 'santification'.

This is an ongoing work which Holy Spirit will carry on from inside us (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) until Jesus returns or our heavenly Father takes us home.

Blessings all!
