We call it THE INSPIRED WORD OF GOD (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Reason being that God used men to write it, but basically he used men to to do the physical writing. He provided what he wanted them to write. There was much more that could have been written (John 21:25), but God provided what He intended to be written whether from guiding the writers memory to revealing to them things they personally did not experience.
