Satan is not omnipresent nor Omniscience (two of God's attributes) so he cant know what you are thinking, however, he can influence your decisions by presenting sin to you in such a way you would think "it wont hurt anyone if i do this" or "no one will ever know". Remember, he presents himself as an angel of light.

There is nothing in Scripture which would suggest that Satan has the ability to know a person's thoughts. What we do know is that Satan was an angel. So if Satan can read our thoughts, then certainly all angels, fallen and not have the capacity to read our thoughts. But again, there is nothing evidenced in Scripture which would indicate that this is something angels can do. We do know that Satan has the capacity to implant a thought in some way. Though more often than not it's probably just our flesh and not a thought of Satan that we are battling against. But that is different than actually reading our mind. For me, I don't think that any angel possesses the ability to read minds. It seems like that is an ability reserved for an omniscient being.
